Things to Avoid While Eatting Street Food in Asia

Kenya is a country in East Africa that has a border with the Indian Ocean. There are numerous items available for visitors to locate there. from vacation spots to stunning beaches to delicious cuisine.

Because indigenous products and spices are used to create the greatest flavours, Kenyan food has a unique style all its own.

If you want to learn more about the local cuisine, there are several restaurants in Kenya that serve authentic Kenyan food. In addition to restaurants selling only Kenyan food, you may also discover ones that serve food from other countries, such as Italy, Brazil, and even India.

Things to Avoid :

1. RAW MEAT SITTING OUT

The scary uncooked meat is one thing you should specifically watch out for while eating street cuisine. Occasionally, the flesh won't be seen before it is cooked, of course. However, many street food vendors are so tiny that it will be visible.

Try your best to determine whether the meat is being stored in a refrigerator or on ice, or whether it is simply out in the hot weather. This could be a major red flag to stay healthy in Asia!

2. EAT VEGETARIAN DISHES

We are far from vegans, so this might be one of the more debatable street food recommendations! However, we favour veggie dishes when eating street food in Asia. Let's face it, eating non-meat meals significantly reduces your risk of becoming ill.

Fortunately, it's simple to order well-known dishes like Pad Thai and various curries using only veggies. Obviously, everything depends on the nation and location you're in.

Sometimes you just can't help yourself, especially when the excellent meat is spinning over a fire! Just remember that by consuming the least amount of meat possible, you significantly reduce your risk. Every time we've fallen ill while travelling, it has always been from meat, and most of the time it has been chicken.

3. WATCH HOW THEY’RE PREPARING IT

Using your eyes alone is one of the best street food advices! It's easy enough to simply walk up to the Asian food cart or tiny, back alley eatery and observe the preparation of the meal.

Observe anything that doesn't seem all that appealing? Go to the next location. There are usually additional street food carts nearby if there is just one. Therefore, it shouldn't be difficult for you to find more delectable street cuisine in Asia
